All orders are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Rush orders available for additional charge.

• If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.

• Customer satisfaction is very important to us! 

• Custom or personalized orders are not available for refunds. We will be more than happy to remake any item at a discounted rate.

• For monogram orders place initials AS YOU WANT THEM TO APPEAR ON THE ORDER.
